We collect data that you voluntarily give us through our contact form, our package enquiry form or the chat, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and messages.

How we use your data

Your data is used to answer your enquiries, give you information about our services and improve our website.

Forms

When you submit a form, the information is sent to us by email through the email service Brevo.

The chat

The chat on the website is an AI assistant. Your messages and your IP address are stored by us so that we can answer your questions, prevent misuse and see how the chat is used. The replies are produced by an AI service from Anthropic, which processes the messages in order to write the reply. Please do not write sensitive information in the chat.

Cookies

The website does not use cookies for statistics or advertising. Your choice in the cookie banner and the chat’s session ID are only stored in your browser. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
